Who am I?
My name is Dutch Dilek, and I’ve been cutting hair for over five years, working and training in the heart of Manchester City Centre. Being surrounded by some of the UK’s top barbershops and talent helped shape my skills and pushed me to consistently improve.
Like many barbers starting out, I didn’t have everything figured out from day one. I learned through long hours in the shop, real client experience, trial and error, and watching other professionals perfect their craft.
Over time, I realised that what separates an average haircut from consistently clean fades isn’t natural talent — it’s having a clear system. That realisation led me to begin educating barbers both locally and online.
Why I Started Teaching Barbering in Manchester & Online?
As my skills improved, other barbers around Manchester began asking:
